Atty. Lu has more than eight years of experience in intellectual property focusing on high-profile patent and trademark litigation. His noted representations with the Firm include a landmark case of successfully securing the conviction of the foremost intellectual property rights violators of one of the country's largest oil company concerning its Liquefied Petroleum Gas trade; obtaining favorable decisions on patent cancellation cases against medicines known for reducing the production of gastric acid in the stomach; and acting as counsel for some of the country's most notable pharmaceutical and media companies regarding key intellectual property rights concerns.
