Atty. Ruth Nichole R. Ureta is a Partner of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, and is part of its Arbitration Practice Group. Her fields of expertise include Arbitration, Commercial and Criminal Litigation, including Litigation on Procurement Contracts and Intra-Corprate Disputes.

 

During her 13 years of legal practice, Ruth has successfully litigated numerous intra-corporate disputes and prosecuted high-stakes criminal actions. She has also obtained numerous favorable arbitral awards in favor of her clients.

 

Ruth represents Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, Lapanday Foods Corporation, Hijo Resources Corporation, JT International Philippines, Inc., AXN Networks Phils., Inc., the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Malayan Insurance Company, BDO Unibank, Inc. and Nationwide Development Corporation, among others.

 

Ruth obtained her Juris Doctor from the Ateneo De Manila University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
