Atty. Raquel Wealth A. Taguian, a Partner of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, is also a part of its Arbitration Practice Group. Her practice includes litigation and dispute resolution, as well as international commercial arbitration and construction arbitration. With almost 17 years of litigation experience, Kelly has obtained expertise in intra-corporate disputes, corporate rehabilitation, civil and criminal litigation and labor disputes. She is also a Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. Trained Arbitrator.

She has contributed to several international publications, including Arbitration Law in the Philippines released by The Legal 500; the In-House Lawyer Comparative Legal Guide Philippines: Employment and Labour Law; The International Financial Law Review Philippines: Stricter Contracting Arrangements.

 

Kelly obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University , where she graduated with honors, and her Bachelor of Science, Major in Legal Management, from the same university. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2003.
