Ms. Simundac is a Junior Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department. She practices in the areas of Corporate Law, Taxation, Property Development & Real Estate Transactions, Banking & Finance, Securities Regulations, Immigration, Power & Energy, Infrastructures, and Mining & Natural Resources.
Ms. Simundac obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University where she graduated with honors and was among the top of her class. She was part of the first champion team of the National International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Moot Court Competition in 2005. She also competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition in Vienna, Austria in 2008. In 2013, Ms. Simundac was one of the judges in the National Rounds of the 54th Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Simundac received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University where she was awarded with third best thesis in 2004.
She joined the Firm in 2010 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in the same year.
