V&A Law won the Litigation Law Firm of the Year award during the inaugural Asian Legal Business (ALB) Philippine Law Awards held at the Fairmont Makati last October 14, 2016.

 

The ALB Philippine Law Awards is a tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams that have significantly contributed to the evolving legal landscape of the Philippines. 

 

V&A Law was also nominated for Arbitration Law Firm of the Year, Banking and Financial Services Law Firm of the Year, and Construction and Real Estate Law Firm of the Year. 

 

For the individual awards, V&A Law’s Alejandro Alfonso E. Navarro was nominated for Managing Partner of the Year; Thea T. Daep was nominated for Woman Lawyer of the Year; and Joseph Anthony P. Lopez was nominated for Young Lawyer of the Year.

 

The Syndicated Financing Facility for Hedcor Bukidnon, Inc. (HBI), in which V&A Law represented HBI, was nominated for Debt Market Deal of the Year.
