The 2nd Belt and Road, Outbound Investment and M&A Forum was held on 19 September 2017 at the 5-star Ritz-Carlton Beijing. Key speakers presented to more than 300 guests the impact of the “Belt and Road” on China and the world and tackled various practical issues relating to Chinese outbound investment M&A. The forum was capped with a very informative round table discussion on investment opportunities, investment environment and legal and practical issues on Chinese outbound investment and M&A by lawyers from Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, China and the Philippines.
