With Department of Labor Secretary Silvestro Bello III as Keynote Speaker, VILLARAZA & ANGANGCO hosted a forum on LABOR COMPLIANCE on 9 August 2018 at its offices V&A Law Center in Bonifacio Global City. Our Chairman F. Arthur Villaraza, Managing Partner Alejandro Alfonso E. Navarro and other members of the Firm’s Management Committee welcomed Secretary Bello to the forum.

 

Department of Labor and Employment Assistant Regional Directors (Atty.) Nick Estrella and (Atty.) Sixto Rodriguez shared valuable information and insight on the conduct of inspections and investigations and on management and workers rights, respectively.  Our Partner Kristin Charisse S. Siao spoke on the impact of TRAIN on compensation income while our Associate Ernesto C. Herrera advised the attendees on how to mitigate and manage adverse DOLE findings during inspection.
