Villaraza and Angangco was recognized by the In-House Community’s official legal publication, Asian-Mena Counsel, with the “Deals of the Year 2019” award for the Firm’s role in the China Telecommunications Corporation and Udenna Joint Venture.
Given the complexity and national significance of this deal, the Firm was recognized for playing a crucial role in the transaction, particularly in structuring and financing the joint venture which required the expertise of both foreign and local laws involving a highly-regulated industry.
