Atty. Mely Ann Emerie A. Cristobal is a Senior Associate with over three years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law Department. She specializes in the fields of local and international tax law, corporate advisory and restructuring, contract law and banking and finance law. Her excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail has helped her team successfully close a significant tax assessment for a multi-national company. After successfully handling a multi-billion peso real estate project, she is currently involved in another multi-billion dollar project finance deal, while providing tailored and comprehensive advice to several corporate retainers in various industries.
