Ms. Simundac regularly advises foreign investors on the regulations for foreign direct investments in the Philippines, particularly in the areas of construction, power & energy, infrastructures and public and private partnerships (PPP). Ms. Simundac likewise advises clients in navigating increasingly complex regulatory frameworks and compliance in the areas of financial technology, data privacy and anti-financial crimes. Ms. Simundac is currently a director and/or corporate secretary in various multinational, domestic and non-profit corporations across industries, enabling her to develop a practical perspective on the business issues and concerns of clients.
Ms. Simundac obtained her Juris Doctor degree with Honors and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University.
