Atty. Winona Maraiah M. Fajardo is a Senior Associate of the Firm. Her practice primarily involves counseling companies with regard to their regulatory compliance and providing tailored advice  in the fields of commercial law, corporate, mergers and acquisition, information technology, media and telecommunications, financial technology, estate planning, retail, real estate, mining, government procurement and immigration.

Winona has likewise proffered in-depth advice on a diverse range of legal issues to local and foreign clients in the areas of insurance, labor and employment, construction, data privacy and competition law. She regularly advises entities registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. She has also spent significant time meticulously preparing various legal documents, rigorously conducting extensive due diligence exercises and drafting and reviewing contracts for complex corporate transactions.

Currently, Winona is part of a number of teams acting as local counsel to sponsors and multinational companies in initial public offerings in the Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Santo Tomas in 2013, Winona obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2018. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019 and joined the Firm in the same year.
