Professional Background

 

Atty. Maria Francesca S. Vergara is an Associate of the Firm. She has experience and exposure in taxation, securities, banking, and general and commercial law practice. She has also taken part in several mergers and acquisitions transactions and is currently handling a variety of listed and recognized corporations.

 

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in Ateneo de Manila University and graduated with second honors. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and obtained her degree from De la Salle University, graduating with honors. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020.
