Celina is an Associate in Villaraza & Angangco’s Labor & Employment Department. Before joining the Firm in 2025, she practiced at a full-service boutique firm with a focus on labor and employment, representing clients before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) and the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB). She also has experience in criminal and civil litigation before regular courts.

At V&A Law, Celina advises local and multinational clients on a wide range of employment matters and appears before the NLRC in cases involving illegal dismissal, money claims, redundancy, labor-only contracting, and related disputes.

Celina was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. She earned her Juris Doctor from the De La Salle Tañada-Diokno College of Law (2023) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Asia & the Pacific.
