Atty. Miguel Ruiz C. Tan is an Associate of the Firm and a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law Department. 

Miguel was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and joined the Firm in 2024. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from De La Salle University in 2018.
