Professional Background

Atty. Armand Kevin S. Mendoza is an associate of the Litigation Department of the Firm. He is also a licensed arbitrator with the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR). His practice areas include corporate, criminal and commercial litigation, construction and commercial arbitration and family law.

 

He has extensive experience in issues involving construction arbitration before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) and other disputes in relation to major infrastructure projects in the Philippines.

 

Armand was also part of the team that successfully advocated for the lifting of the imposition of safeguard duties for importers before the Tariff Commission.

 

He has also successfully represented clients in family-related matters, which include, among others, VAWC cases, estate settlements and annulment.

 

 

He completed his Bachelor of Science degree, Major in Business Management at the Ateneo de Manila University in 2016. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School in 2020 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.
