Resurreccion joined the recently concluded European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Doing Business with the Government Forum Series: Discovering Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) Opportunities with Philippine Government webinar, as speakers and legal experts. While the Firm Partner Maria Concepcion P. Simundac acted as moderator.
With the aim to support interest in exploring business opportunities with the Philippine Government, the webinar discussed the legal and regulatory framework of PPPs in the Philippines, and provided relevant updates on PPP. Further, the webinar also covered the basics of public procurement, including: (i) why the private sector should consider engaging in PPPs; (ii) important considerations when submitting a PPP project proposal; and (iii) available PPP opportunities.
Also in partnership with ABB, and with the support of ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, British Chamber of Commerce Philippines, Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines - La Cámara, and Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, this is the second series of webinar on doing business with the government focusing on public-private-partnership.
