Atty. Juanito “Jun” L. Sañosa, Jr. is the Head of the Firm’s Corporate and Special Projects practice areas and a Senior Partner of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department. With over a decade of experience, Jun specializes in Corporate and M&A; Technology, Media, and Telecommunications; Capital Markets; Public and Private Partnerships; and Gaming among others.

Prior to his current role, Atty. Jun was under the employment of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), where he served as a President and Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer.

Jun obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo De Manila University. He also obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management at the same university.
