Pomoy will conduct the two-day Asian Legal Business (“ALB”) VIRTUAL Philippine HR & Employment Law Masterclass 2024, on 5 September 2024 (Day 1) and 6 September 2024 (Day 2) at 2:30 p.m. up until 6:00 p.m. (GMT +8).
On Day 1, Atty. Rashel will discuss Labor Standards and Labor Regulations, the Legal Framework of Philippine Employment Law, Employment (Employer-Employee relationship), Employment of Foreign Nationals in the Philippines, Working Conditions and Rest Periods, Wages, Labor Organization, Termination of Employment, and Consequences of failure to follow termination requirements.
Day 2 topics shall include Special Topics in Philippine Labor and Employment Law, Employment vis-à-vis Independent Contracting, the Safe Spaces Act, the Mental Health Act followed by a Q & A portion and a wrap-up discussion to cap off the event.
