Atty. Raymond John S. Cheng is a Senior Associate of the Firm. Raymond’s experience spans a wide variety of areas, including e-commerce, estate planning, foreign investments, information technology, insurance, logistics and media and telecommunications.

 

Raymond has rendered comprehensive and succinct advice on a spectrum of legal issues and regulatory matters involving public companies and publicly listed companies, including reportorial, listing and disclosure requirements of the Philippine Stock Exchange. He is also part of several teams simultaneously assisting as local counsel for sponsors or companies for initial public offerings in international stock exchanges.

 

His experience in the field of labor and employment has given Raymond numerous opportunities to guide local and multinational companies on labor matters affecting their operations, including labor standards, labor relations, regulatory compliance, employment contracts, employee discipline and termination and corporate reorganization.
