Atty. Frances Angelie T. Barroso is an Associate of V&A Law’s Litigation Department. Frances handles a broad spectrum of litigation matters including commercial disputes, criminal defense, tax controversies, intra-corporate governance conflicts, civil cases, such as family law, and suits involving government officials.

In just two years of practice, Frances has played critical roles in teams successfully handling intra-corporate and tax disputes. She has advised clients on Philippine law concerning contractual breaches, insurance, and other highly technical legal matters. She has also successfully litigated cases involving financial rehabilitation, estate proceedings, tax violations, and intra-corporate disputes.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from De La Salle University, Frances obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2021. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and joined the Firm in 2023.
