Professional Background

 

Atty. Kyle Gino M. Salazar joined the firm and was admitted to the bar in 2023. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the same university, where he graduated cum laude.

 

He made a significant contribution during his time in law school by assisting in the drafting of a Petition for Certiorari challenging the constitutionality of the highly controversial Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 before the Supreme Court of the Philippines. This notable endeavor involved working alongside legal luminaries, Retired Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio and Former Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales, as well as prominent Constitutional Law Professors from the University of the Philippines College of Law.

 

Atty. Salazar currently focuses on the field of Intellectual Property. He handles trademark prosecution and maintenance, and assists in infringement and opposition cases. He is also involved in cases over domain name disputes and infringement, cybersquatting, trademark violations, and other conflicts arising from the use of domain names.
