Professional Background

Mr. Roy Santos S. Necesario is an Associate of the Labour and Employment Practice Group.

He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2022. During his time in law school, he served as the Editorial Manager of the Philippine Law Register and the Day Operations Head for the UP Bar Operations Commission.  Prior to entering the Firm, Mr. Necesario worked for Nograles Law Offices as an Underbar Associate, and the UP Institute of Human Rights as a Senior Paralegal.

Mr. Necesario’s practice focuses on labour law compliance advisories on hiring, workforce management, administrative disciplinary proceedings, and termination disputes. He also handles labour litigation matters for clients from various industries.

Mr. Necesario earned his Bachelor of Library and Information Science degree from the University of the Philippines in 2016.

He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
