Professional Background

Ms. Joselle M. Francisco is an Associate of the Labour and Employment Practice Group.

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School in 2022. During her time in law school, she took the Dispute Resolution track. Prior to entering the Firm, Ms. Joselle M. Francisco worked for San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation.

Ms. Francisco’s practice focuses on labor law compliance advisories on hiring, workforce management, overseas employment, and termination disputes. She also handles labor litigation matters. Her practice spans several industries, including data privacy and restrictive covenants in labor agreements.

Ms. Francisco earned her Bachelor of Science in Management, major in Legal Management degree, from the Ateneo De Manila University in 2013.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
