Atty. Miguel Ruiz C. Tan joined V&A Law in 2024 and is an Associate in its Corporate and Commercial Law Department. His practice primarily focuses on advising local and international companies on a range of matters, including general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, as well as contract drafting and review. He has significant experience in preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and drafting and reviewing contracts for complex corporate transactions.

Miguel advises domestic and foreign clients on various legal issues involving tax, labor and employment, and estate planning and probate. He was part of the teams that successfully resolved a significant tax assessment case for a multinational company, and assisted in a project finance deal for a major telecommunications company in the Philippines.

Atty. Tan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2023 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in the same year. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from De La Salle University-Manila in 2018.
