The Insurance Commission (IC) is now requiring the submission of the particulars of reinsurance treaties. All authorized insurance companies doing business in the Philippines are mandated to submit to the IC a duly accomplished Particulars of Reinsurance Treaty form within three (3) months from the effectivity of any new treaty or changes in the existing treaty. The form for the Particulars of Reinsurance Treaty is provided in Circular Letter No. 2018-13.
