Atty. Yam is well-versed in the processing of various forms of working and non-working visas, working permits, as well as Overseas Employment Certificates (OEC) for emigrating Filipino nationals through direct hiring, and is the key contact for immigration concerns for the Firm. He also regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.ย
