Atty. Mark Benjamin C. Yam is a Partner with more than ten years of corporate law experience, including representation in civil, criminal claims and rehabilitation proceedings.ย 

Atty. Yam has been involved in major mergers and acquisitions in various fields including telecommunications, manufacturing, logistics, information technology and construction. He also has extensive experience in the field of immigration and emigration, as well as related labor laws, providing efficient and extensive services to both local and foreign clients of various sizes. Atty. Yam is well-versed in the processing of various forms of working and non-working visas, working permits, as well as Overseas Employment Certificates (OEC) for emigrating Filipino nationals through direct hiring, and is the key contact for immigration concerns for the Firm. He also regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.ย 

Atty. Yam has also been involved in several government procurement transactions for various services, goods and consultants, as well as advised for several Public-Private Partnership projects.
