Atty. Winona Maraiah M. Fajardo is a Senior Associate of V&A Lawโs Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Atty. Fajardo has likewise proffered in-depth advice on a diverse range of legal issues to local and foreign clients in the areas of insurance, labor and employment, construction, data privacy and competition law. She regularly advises entities registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). She has also spent significant time meticulously preparing various legal documents, rigorously conducting extensive due diligence exercises and drafting and reviewing contracts for complex corporate transactions.
