Atty. Ma. Samira C. Tacandong is a Senior Associate of the V&A Law and a member of its Corporate and Commercial Law Department. She has participated in numerous transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, due diligence exercises and the review and drafting of various transaction documents.
Atty. Tacandong was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and joined the Firm in the same year.
While taking up her law studies, she interned for the Business Tax Group of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV).
