Atty. Miguel Ruiz C. Tan is an Associate in V&A Lawโs Corporate and Commercial Law Department. His practice primarily focuses on advising local and international companies on a range of matters, including general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, as well as contract drafting and review. He has significant experience in preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and drafting and reviewing contracts for complex corporate transactions.
Atty. Tan advises domestic and foreign clients on various legal issues involving tax, labor and employment, and estate planning and probate. He was part of the teams that successfully resolved a significant tax assessment case for a multinational company, and assisted in a project finance deal for a major telecommunications company in the Philippines.
Atty. Tan was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. He joined V&A Law in 2024.
