Atty. Unagh Rose B. Rutor joined V&A Law in 2024 and is currently a member of the Firmโs Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Her practice includes corporate formation and governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contract drafting and review. She regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters, foreign investments, banking and finance, taxation, estate planning, and settlement. She is also involved in the conduct of legal due diligence for both domestic and cross-border transactions.
