Prior to joining V&A Law in 2024, he gained experience in both public service and the private sector, focusing on policy development, intergovernmental coordination, public and private procurement, and commercial transactions involving international supply and logistics in highly regulated industries.
Atty. De Leon has completed specialized training on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, cryptocurrency investigations, and advanced cybercrime and financial crimes investigations, conducted by international bodies such as the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crimes and the U.S. Department of Justice.
