Atty. Anna Marie Grace Antonio is an Associate of V&A Lawโs Corporate and Commercial Law Department. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025 and joined V&A Law in the same year.
She has experience in tax advisory, contract review, drafting of various transaction documents, and general corporate and commercial law.
Prior to her legal career, Anna gained professional experience in tax compliance and advisory as an Associate in the Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) Group of Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.).
