Atty. Phil Josef D. Mendoza is an Associate of V&A Lawโs Litigation Department. As part of the Litigation Department, his practice involves several litigation matters, which include criminal cases, commercial and intra-corporate disputes, international arbitration, tax controversies, civil cases such as family law and probate, and suits involving government officials.ย
In his two (2) years of litigation practice, Atty. Mendoza has played a critical role in the prosecution of high-ranking government officials with national significance, and intra-corporate matters involving highly technical matters. He was also part of the team that has advised one of the top firms in the United States on a case that involved the USD81 million Bangladesh Bank Cyber Heist in 2016, as local counsel for one of the Philippinesโ largest banks.
Atty. Mendoza was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and joined the Firm the following year.
