Atty. Doble is heavily involved in the growth of V&A Lawโs trademark practice, maintaining the trademark portfolios of several of its top local and foreign clients, such as BDO Unibank, the Aristocrat, Pan de Manila, Aritzia, and Veja.
Atty. Doble handles many of V&A Lawโs IP litigation cases, including infringement and unfair competition cases before the regular courts, as well as inter partes cases before the Philippine Intellectual Property Office. Some of these cases have contributed to the building of Philippine jurisprudence on important issues for trademarks, specifically for well-known marks and trademark rights violations involving liquified petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders.
Atty. Doble also handles IP commercialization and licensing, transfer technology arrangements, regulatory advice for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, ethical advertising requirements, and novel queries related to emerging internet and/or software-based industries.
