Antonio Miguel C. Lu advises foreign and local companies on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the Philippines. He has represented multinational and domestic clients in patent, trademark, unfair competition, and copyright disputes, including the internationally recognized GENTLE MONSTER brand, Getz Pharma (Philippines), Inc., Innogen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Petron Corporation, and ABS-CBN Corporation, and has secured favorable trial-level rulings in unfair competition cases involving large-scale illegal refilling operations.
He has served on the Commercialization of Data and IP Committee of the AIPPI and has served as a Director of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Quezon City Chapter, reflecting his engagement in both the international IP community and the Philippine legal profession.
