Bio

Atty. Annie Erika T. Dee is an Associate in the Firmโ€™s Labor and Employment Department, admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025. She provides advisory and dispute resolution services to both local and multinational clients, assisting on matters involving employment contracts, compliance policies, corporate transitions, and workplace investigations.ย 

Her practice covers a wide spectrum of labor issues, including illegal dismissal, redundancy, due process and disciplinary procedures, restrictive covenants, workplace monitoring under the Data Privacy Act, and OSHS compliance. She regularly works with HR professionals and management teams to ensure sound implementation of labor strategies and risk mitigation. 

Before entering legal practice, Atty. Dee built a career as a writer, editor, and researcher, honing her skills in clear and persuasive communicationโ€”an ability she now brings to her legal work. Since starting her practice in 2025, she has already contributed to significant labor engagements and advisory projects for major corporations.
