Atty. Rosan Lorraine D. Mauleon is an Associate and a member of V&A Lawโs Litigation Department.
In her first year of practice, Atty. Mauleon contributed significantly to a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, criminal defense, tax controversies, intra-corporate governance conflicts, civil and family law cases, arbitration proceedings, and administrative cases. She has been actively involved in high-stakes and complex matters, assisting in the development of legal strategy, drafting pleadings and memoranda, preparing affidavits and position papers, and appearing before courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and investigative tribunals.
Atty. Mauleon was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025 and joined the Firm in the same year. During law school, she served as a student associate at the Ateneo Legal Services Center, where she gained early exposure to litigation and public interest work.
