Atty. Frances Angelie T. Barroso is an Associate of V&A Law’s Litigation Department handling a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, criminal defense, tax controversies, intra-corporate and governance conflicts, civil cases, and suits involving government officials.
In just three years of practice, Atty. Barroso has played critical roles in teams successfully handling intra-corporate disputes and criminal defense. She has advised clients and foreign counsel on Philippine law concerning contractual breaches, insurance, and other highly technical legal matters. She has also successfully litigated cases involving criminal offenses, financial rehabilitation, tax violations, and intra-corporate disputes.
Atty. Barroso was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and she joined the Firm in 2023.
