Last March 19th, V&A and PwC Philippines’ mergers and acquisitions seminar entitled, “Accelerating Growth through M&A: Leveraging M&A Opportunities,” brought together esteemed industry leaders for the panel discussion to share their expertise and insights on dealing with M&A transactions.
