Mark is a Partner of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department and he currently heads the Firm’s Immigration and Real Estate and Property Development Practice Groups, while co-heading Government Contracts and Policy.
Over the past year, Mark has actively participated and led several high-stakes infrastructure transactions and joint ventures. His notable work also includes advising a leading logistics entity on its acquisition of a major stake in a nationwide cold storage operator and directing comprehensive cross-border mobility and workforce entry programs for various multinational enterprises.
