The DITO Telecommunity Corp Financing project clinched the victory for “Project Finance Deal of the Year” at the ALB Southeast Asia Law Awards 2024 presented by Asian Legal Business and Thomson Reuters.
This edition of the ALB Southeast Asia Law Awards marks its 20 years of honoring and celebrating the performances of both private practitioners and in-house counsel across Southeast Asia and beyond. The results were unveiled at the awards ceremony which took place at the InterContinental Singapore last May 16.
This is the fifth “Deal of the Year Award” received by the said project finance deal after previously winning, “Project Finance Deal of the Year,” at the ALB Philippine Law Awards; “Best Project Finance Deal of the Year-Southeast Asia,” at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2023; and “Telecoms Deal of the Year” at the IJGlobal Awards 2023.
