Sponsored by Villaraza & Angangco for the second consecutive year, the 2024 edition of the GC Powerlist Philippines was the first of its kind.
Last July 11, over 100 in-house lawyers from more than 60 different Philippine in-house legal teams were in attendance at the inaugural GC Powerlist Philippines Teams 2024, which was held at V&A Law’s Rainmakers Lounge. The evening kicked off with welcoming remarks from Legal 500 Powerlist Series Global Editor, Joe Boswell. This was followed by a speech from V&A Law Managing Partner, Sylvette Y. Tankiang, who emphasized the importance of collaboration and teamwork in the legal profession.
ACEN Corporation’s Dodjie Lagazo delivered the keynote address, representing the awardees. In his address, he shared his own insights and experiences coming from a growing legal team and underscored the collective effort behind their achievements.
