V&A Law is also delighted to announce the promotion of Frances Angelie T. Barroso, Ivy M. Bernardo, Kyle Gino M. Salazar, and Bianca Georgia T. Paloma to Senior Associate, effective 01 July 2026.




Frances, a member of V&A Law’s Litigation Department, has developed a broad practice spanning commercial, criminal, tax, civil, and intra-corporate disputes. She has played a key role in teams that have successfully handled high-stakes litigation and criminal defense cases and regularly advises local and international clients on the complex and technical aspects of Philippine law.
Ivy, also of the Firm’s Litigation Department, has contributed to significant victories in high-profile commercial, tax, and criminal cases, including securing a multi-million-dollar judgment for an international client and a criminal conviction for perjury in a case prosecuted by the Firm on behalf of one of the country’s largest banks.
Kyle, a member of V&A Law’s Intellectual Property Department, specializes in trademark and patent prosecution, IP litigation, and copyright matters. He represents leading local and international clients in the protection, management, and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, assists in managing their local trademark portfolios, and advises on domain name disputes and FDA-regulated matters.
Bianca, of V&A Law’s Litigation Department, handles a broad range of commercial, criminal, tax, civil, and intra-corporate disputes. Despite only a few years in practice, she has contributed to complex, high-value litigation and regularly advises clients on arbitration and other sophisticated legal issues, including cases that involve offenses under laws protecting women and children.
