V&A Law is pleased to announce the admission of Atty. Maria Patricia “Pearl” P. Cruz into the Partnership, effective 01 July 2026.
As a licensed physician and lawyer, Pearl brings a distinctive multi-disciplinary perspective to V&A Law’s Intellectual Property practice. Leveraging her medical background and experience, she is active in the highly technical field of patents, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
Her practice also spans trademark prosecution and maintenance. In addition, Pearl represents key industry players such as ABS-CBN, Petron Corporation, and Innogen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in trademark infringement, opposition, and cancellation cases.
