He has drafted patent specifications granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Philippine Intellectual Property office. His expertise was also invaluable to V&A Lawโs string of victories in patent cancellation cases involving Sitagliptin, Etoricoxib, and Esomeprazole compounds.
Atty. Bejemino advises clients on legal issues and strategies in commercializing their products in the Philippines, particularly in the pharmaceutical and electronics industries, and has provided franchising advice in connection with one of the largest global fast-food chains in the country.
Atty. Bejemino also handles trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation and enforcement work, representing some of V&A Lawโs top IP clients such as Hyundai Motor Company, Petron Corporation, and ABS-CBN Corporation.
