Atty. Warren Edrick G. Chu is a Junior Associate of V&A Law and a member of its Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Prior to joining the Firm in 2024, he handled cases involving labor, dispute resolution, and construction-related matters. Despite being a young lawyer, Atty. Chu has already gained experience in successfully negotiating against older and more seasoned lawyers, ensuring that his clients’ interests are protected.
Currently, Atty. Chu renders corporate secretarial work and legal advisories in the fields of Immigration, Gaming Law, Taxation, and Power & Energy. He also assists in conducting legal due diligence for the Firm’s practice relating to Mergers & Acquisitions.
