Atty. Maria Patricia P. Cruz is a Senior Associate of the Intellectual Property Department with over 8 years of experience in intellectual property law. Her experience as a licensed physician aids in her patent practice, especially in relation to pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
Atty. Cruz is also involved in the prosecution and maintenance of trademarks, V&A Lawโs growing domain name work, and handles trademark infringement, opposition, and cancellation cases for key industry players such as ABS-CBN Corporation, Petron Corporation, and Innogen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
