Atty Edgardo P. Paras III is an Associate of V&A Law’s Labor & Employment Department. He joined V&A Law in 2025 and is a seasoned litigator with five years of experience across both corporate and law firm settings.
Before joining the Firm, he served as a corporate litigation lawyer for one of the country’s largest consumer finance providers, where he managed civil, criminal, labor, and administrative cases. Prior to that, he specialized in complex litigation, successfully handling narcotics cases, tax, land, and labor disputes, Ombudsman and criminal investigations, corporate conflicts, and civil suits, among others.
Today, Atty. Paras delivers strategic legal counsel to both local and international clients, advising on employment compliance, dispute resolution, and contract management. He continues to successfully represent clients before the National Labor Relations Commission and higher courts, addressing illegal dismissal, money claims, and labor relations.
