Atty. Rachelle Ann L. Go is a Senior Associate of V&A Law and a member of the Firmโs Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Her practice spans a comprehensive range of corporate work, covering external regulatory compliance and transactionโrelated matters as well as internal corporate requirements, including immigration compliance for foreign personnel and workforceโrelated regulatory obligations. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and comprehensive legal due diligence, and she regularly advises entities registered with, or seeking registration before, the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and the Board of Investments.
She has represented clients before the Philippine Competition Commission in merger notifications and competitionโrelated advisory matters. She likewise counsels listed and publicly held companies on securities regulation, including compliance with disclosure obligations and transactional requirements before the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
In the field of immigration, she assists clients with work permits, visas, and other immigrationโrelated requirements, including securing Alien Employment Permits, 9(g) visas, and other workโauthorization documents necessary for foreign nationals employed or assigned in the Philippines.
