Atty. Adrian Paul S. Mallari is a Senior Associate in V&A Lawโs Corporate and Commercial Law Department. He advises multinational and domestic clients on a broad range of regulatory, corporate governance and commercial matters in the Philippines, with particular focus on navigating complex local regulatory frameworks.
He regularly assists clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, including market entry, business establishment, corporate restructuring and reorganization, as well as corporate dissolution and liquidation. He works closely with clients to support strategic transactions and ongoing compliance requirements across multiple industries.
Adrian also advises on procurement and bidding processes, special and infrastructure-related projects, and public-private partnership transactions. His experience includes providing legal support for both private sector participants and entities engaging with government-related projects, with an emphasis on bid compliance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and transaction execution.
Atty. Mallari was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 with Exemplary Performance and joined V&A Law in the same year.
